Recap of year 2009

OMG!!! CANT BELIEVE ITS ALMOST 2010!!! *ENDLESS SCREAMING*

Well, year 2009 has been an exciting, interesting, complicating, appealing, fascinating, exhilarating, stimulating, electrifying... etc etc... (any grammatical words synonym to these words just name it!) Xd

Let's recap... *dear Mr. Time, could you plz unwind...???*

JANUARY: Basically, I was enjoying the fact that i graduated from high school and even though i was not even quadruple-quarterly free, i was doing nothing and was getting lazier as each second tickled by... ;) Also, i busied myself with some of my classmates, esp my current bf to work on our class song, Another E Sky. We were busy composing the background music and tried to train up our vocals.. haha.. We are not even half pro!

FEBRUARY: Again, i was busy with our class song.. In the meantime, i celebrated Single Day with my geek on Valentine's Day. What a contrast, what a joke, right? HAha.. We were just friends at that moment and we were two singles with broken hearts... FYI, me and my geek re-established our friendship and buried the hatchet after we had a long silence since 2007. I forgot what was the reason we fought but we had been ignoring and avoiding each other even though we were in the same class during form 4 and form 5. During this month of the year, i was helping him out, partially for the class song and partially for something something... (reason better left unknown ;P)
On the 21st of February, we had our vocal recording. ( we had our instrumental recording but i forgot when).. It was a pretty nerve-wrecking day because as you see in any movie, the singers have to go into a soundproof room and sing their hearts out.. Just that in reality, it is not as easy as it seem.. We could not make too much movement while singing cuz our voices have to aim at the microphone so that our voices could be recoreded clearly.. etc etc... But then, the end product is a good one filled with memories.. sweet and bitter...

MARCH, APRIL, MAY: I was ready packing my stuff to go NS for 3 months at Kem Desa Rimba, Kuala Kangsar, Perak. My initial worries were (1) i could not cope with the new environment. (2) I could not find friends (3) I miss mom, dad and home.
However, my worries were soon washed away because i mixed around and had a lot of friends from different races. NS gave me a whole new experiece. For the first time in my life, i actually have friends from different races :D and boy oh boy, 3 months flew past just in a blink of eye. The funny thing is , my mom cried so hard when i departed from Stadium Bukit Jalil on the first day and i thought i would cry too but i did not... Even ont the last day of NS, everyone was crying and i did not have a single tear, no matter how hard i tried to cry.. haha.. funny eh? *thx to my best frens in NS Sze Ann and Pui Yee... We rock.. haha *

JUNE: I was back from NS on the 8th of June and i relaxed... waiting for Taylor's July Intake for Foundation in Communication.. Nothing much happened... (i guess)

JULY: July was an exciting month.. I had the most amazing and superb bday party, organized by my friends... It was a surprise party and i have to credit my geek, my best friends and classmates: xiong, bear, zeng, chin, vonne, kuan, rain, ernest, hhee, suan and shine... It was an overwhelming night... Unfortunately, i wasnt in talking condition with my geek even though he sorta planned and managed the whole party.. I did not utter a single word to him throughout the whole party. Even when he left, i did not say goodbye nor thank you... But i did texted him.. His "favourite" message: hey, thanks for everything ;P ( he still keeps this message in his phone to remind me of my cruelty -_-)

AUGUST: Start of a new chapter in my life. I stepped into the main entrance of Taylors College as a student!!! WHOA! I met new friends and college life is another whole new experience, a window to the outside world......

SEPTEMBER: September is all about love ;P Me and my geek finally are officially an item, as in a couple on the 7th of September 2009. This day marked the first day of our life together as more than friends. Our first official date, holding hands together was getting badges in Central Market for Student Council's fundraising event. Later, we went to KLCC to watch The Ugly Truth. When we sorta announced our status to our friends on fb, all we got was SHOCKED surprises from all of our friends... haha... esp Chin Yee...

OCTOBER: Me and my geek continued to grow strong day by day.. Even though we were together for less than a month, it seemed like we have been together for more than a year.. Maybe because we started off as friends and we knew each other well... We had so much to talk about and i never get bored of him and he's the one to make me laugh :D And the funny thing is, my friends = his friends because we were from the same class... We hope our inter-relationship thingy could inspire others.. *wink wink*

NOVEMBER: It was a busy month.. I was busy with my studies, exams, assignments, etc, etc.. I found my tentive balance between college, friends and my bf... Throughout the month, i was busy with English project, etc.

DECEMBER: HOLIDAYS! i spent most of my time on vacation at Ipoh, Penang and Melaka.. And of course, gatherings, gatherings and gatherings with my secondary school friends! I organized a mini bday party for my geek and i cooked spaghetti! haha.. of couse, with the help from my best pals: xiong, zeng, piah and kuan. We also had tong yun gathering at chin yee's house and to celebrate xiong's 18th bday; christmas gathering; time square outing with zeng, zeng's bf, bear and geek; 1u outing with geek, xiong and zeng... etc etc...

To sum up everything in a nutshell! 2009 flew past me in a whirl of wind. It was gone before i knew it. I learned so much and i laughed and cried so much throughout the year too... From heartbreaks to happiness, hook ups to break ups.. And on friday, its a new year! New hope! New resolutions!
